Signature in Nouakchott of several cooperation agreements with Saudi Arabia

Both Mauritania and Saudi sides signed Sunday afternoon at the presidential palace in Nouakchott a number of cooperation agreements in various fields with the President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz and His Highness the Crown Prince Emir Mohamed Ben Selman, Vice President of the Council of Ministers, defense Minister of Saudi Arabia.

In the flow of the signing ceremony, the Saudi information minister Awad Al Awad announced the construction of a large hospital in Nouakchott who bear the name of ” Hospital of the King Abdul Aziz Ibn Selman ” with multiple medical specialties.

The first agreement for the exemption of double taxation on income and on capital and on exemption and tax was signed, Mauritanian side by Moctar Ould Diay, Minister of Economy and Finance and side Saudi Minister for trade and investment Dr. Majed Abdullah Al Ghasbi.

Both Mauritania and Saudi sides also signed a memorandum of understanding between our Ministry of Water and Sanitation and the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture signed, Mauritanian side by M . Isselmou Ould Sid El Moktar Ould Lehbib, Minister of Water and sanitation and Saudi side by the Minister of trade and investment, Dr. Majed Abdullah al Ghasbi.

Similarly, the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Mr. Amedi Camara has signed with the Saudi Minister of Trade and Investment, Dr. Majed Abdullah Al Ghasbi a protocol agreement between his department and authority Saudi protection of nature.

The signing ceremony was attended by the State Minister of mission at the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, members of the government and members of the delegation accompanying Prince Saudi Crown.
